The primary mission of the "Munk" technical school is to identify talents and provide them with high-level, modern, quality professional education. Moreover, this opportunity should be universal for everyone, regardless of their place of residence, existing infrastructure and the degree of development of the region. "Munk" gives the opportunity to enter the global knowledge market without leaving their place of residence to young people living in less developed regions, who are gradually cut off from the modern world due to urbanization.



The educational program of "Munk" technical school currently includes three areas: Programming, Robotics and Design. There are 11 specializations in total. The content of the educational program and the list of specialties are subject to certain changes every year depending on the market requirements. The content of each course is also reviewed before it starts. At the moment, 5 courses are running in "Munk" technical schools: Web development, Flutter & Dart development, Java development, Graphic design, UI/UX design.


During the programming courses, the students will get acquainted with the different professions of the field and the programming languages used in them. They will learn the basic elements of several of the most popular programming languages, and as practical work they will create web sites, various applications and implement microcontroller programming for managing various systems.


Robotics includes courses in various specialties: participating in each of them, the student will acquire a narrow specialization in the given field. Robotics includes courses in electrical engineering, radio electronics, microcircuit design, control devices, automation systems design, and fundamentals of mechanics.


Students with creative skills in fine arts will participate in the courses of this field. They will study web design, design websites, create logos and vector graphics. Since design training will run parallel to the other two branches, students who choose this direction will be joined as designers to students who choose "Programming" and "Robotics" specializations. Thus, the students will take the first steps of teamwork, which is very important in the next stage.

The duration of this stage is 1 to 2 years, depending on the student's progress. It's called “Discovery”. Only after acquiring all the skills of this initial stage is it possible to move on to the next stage. The goal of this stage is to:
⦁ Identify student preferences and abilities
⦁ Strengthen the basic knowledge of science subjects
⦁ Develop algorithmic thinking
⦁ Introduce the main specialties of the IT sector and give preliminary knowledge.
After passing the stage, the student acquires eight necessary skills that will be suitable in various areas of the industry and will be able to orient themselves in choosing a future profession.

Only students who have completely passed the "Discovery" stage can participate in the "Specialization" stage. At this stage, there are three directions: programming, robotics and design. The student can choose any of them or attend all courses at the same time. Long-term courses will be organized, after successfully passing each of them, the student becomes a novice specialist in the given field. After completing it, the student can be employed in the companies of the IT sector where there are vacancies for the given specialist.

Students who have successfully completed at least one long-term course in the second stage can participate in the “Application” stage. At this stage, on the initiative of students or group leaders, teams are formed in order to start a "START-UP" around an idea. Having IT professionals in the rural communities will lead to the modernization of the communities in the first place. They can quickly and competently operate modern agricultural machinery, create local systems that monitor, organize and automate their work, assist in their repair or carry out simple repairs, present rural products in both domestic and foreign markets with solutions in accordance with modern market requirements։ in particular, to create websites and applications to provide modern solutions to problems in rural infrastructure, which can be the basis for increasing the efficiency of production, trade, tourism or other businesses. The skills gained from robotics can be used to solve a number of problems in agriculture.
